1. Booking and Payment:
A 20 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at the event.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the full balance is not received by the deadline, your place may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.
2. Age Restrictions:
All participants must be 18 years or older.
Valid photo ID may be required upon request.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
In the unlikely event that Paranormal Presence cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered:
- A full refund or
- The option to transfer to another event of equal value.
4. Health and Safety:
All attendees must be physically able to safely participate in the event (which may involve walking, stairs, or outdoor conditions).
Paranormal Presence accepts no liability for personal injury or loss unless caused by proven negligence.
You must not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If suspected, you may be refused entry without refund.
5. Behaviour and Conduct:
Respect for the venue, staff, and fellow guests is required at all times.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.
Any damage caused by a participant will be charged to the individual responsible.
6. Paranormal Activity Disclaimer:
We do not guarantee paranormal activity at any event.
7. Photography and Media:
Paranormal Presence may take photographs or video during events for promotional use.
By attending, you consent to the possible use of your image in promotional materials. Please notify us in advance if you wish to opt out.
