Upon booking on a Paranormal Presence investigation you agree to the terms and conditions:

• When booking on an event all payments are non refundable and non transferable. 

• No alcohol or drugs are to be consumed before or during the event, if you are found to be under the influence we reserve the right to remove you from the location with NO refund. 

• On the investigation you must treat everyone with respect, any violence (verbal or physical) and you will be removed from the location with NO refund.

• No filming prior to approval from a Paranormal Presence member of staff. 

• Due to locations having restrictions we can only allow people aged 18 and over on investigations.
