Please take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions before booking a Paranormal Presence event. By purchasing a ticket or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Your understanding and agreement are essential for a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience.

1. Booking and Payments

· Deposits & Balances: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits start from £20 per person and vary depending on the event.   The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· Non-Payment: If the full balance is not received by the 14-day deadline, your space may be cancelled and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

· Full Payment Threshold: Events with a total ticket price under £30 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Age Restrictions & ID

· All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

· Valid photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence) may be requested upon arrival. Anyone unable to prove their age will be refused entry without a refund.

3. Health, Safety & Pregnancy Policy

· Physical Fitness:  Attendees must be physically capable of safely navigating dark, uneven environments, stairs, and variable weather conditions.

· Pregnancy Policy: Due to public liability insurance conditions and venue safety regulations, pregnant individuals are strictly prohibited from participating in Paranormal Presence events. If you discover you are pregnant after booking, please contact us immediately.

· Intoxication: Alcohol and illicit drugs are strictly forbidden. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or removed from the event immediately, with no refund issued.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

 If You Cannot Attend:

· Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates or events.

· Strict Resale Ban: Tickets may not be resold, advertised, or transferred on social media, ticket resale platforms, or third-party marketplaces. Any unauthorized ticket will be voided without a refund.

· Official Waiting List Transfers: If you can no longer attend, you must contact Paranormal Presence directly. At our sole discretion, we may attempt to reallocate

your space to someone on our official waiting list or authorize a direct transfer to a guest named by you.

If We Cancel or Reschedule:

· Event Changes: In the unlikely event that Paranormal Presence cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative event of equal value.

· Minimum Quota: We reserve the right to cancel an event up to 7 days prior if minimum ticket sales are not met to make the event viable.

· Third-Party Expense Disclaimer: Paranormal Presence is not liable for any secondary expenses incurred by guests in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling (e.g., hotel bookings, public transport, or fuel costs). We strongly advise booking refundable travel and accommodation.

5. Venues, Weather & Force Majeure

· Building Condition & Accessibility: Many of our locations are historic properties. Areas within a venue may be closed or altered at the last minute due to structural safety, weather, or venue maintenance. Paranormal Presence reserves the right to adjust event spaces on the night without recourse.

· Severe Weather: Outdoor or partially covered events will run in standard weather conditions (rain, cold). In the case of severe weather warnings or unsafe road conditions that prevent the event from running safely, the event will be rescheduled or credited.

6. Behaviour, Conduct & Venue Preservation

· Guest Respect: Respect for the venue, staff, historic artifacts, and fellow guests is mandatory at all times.

· Ejection: Disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.

· Damage Charges: Any physical damage caused to a venue, its contents, or Paranormal Presence equipment by a guest will be charged directly to the individual responsible.

· Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly limited to designated outdoor areas only. No naked flames (including candles or matches) are permitted inside any venue.

7. Personal Belongings & Vehicle Liability

· Attendance is entirely at your own risk. Paranormal Presence accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, clothing, camera equipment, or paranormal investigation gear during the event.

· Paranormal Presence accepts no responsibility for guest vehicles, including parking fines, clamping, breakdown, or damage occurring in venue car parks or surrounding areas.

8. Price Adjustments & Promotions

1. Ticket prices may change from time to time due to special promotions or seasonal pricing. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments or partial refunds for bookings made prior to a sale.

2. Promotional discount codes are valid only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied to past purchases.

9. Paranormal Activity & Entertainment Disclaimer

· No Guarantee: Paranormal Presence operates genuine investigations. We cannot control or guarantee paranormal activity or experiences at any event.

· Scientific & Educational Purpose: All events are conducted for scientific investigation, educational, and entertainment purposes. Statements made by hosts or guest investigators represent individual personal opinions, not factual guarantees.

10. Photography, Media & Recording Rights

· Company Media: Paranormal Presence may take photographs or video footage during events for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to your image appearing in promotional materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

· Personal Recording: Guest cameras and personal recording devices are permitted for personal memories only. Audio or visual footage captured by guests may not be monetized, broadcast, or uploaded to commercial media platforms (including YouTube shows) without prior written permission from Paranormal Presence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
